Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 is an upcoming first person
shooter with elements of stealth and hand to hand combat.
It is a sequel to
Sniper ghost warrior. It is due to be released for Xbox 360 and Ps3 on the 9th
of October 2012. The game is being published and developed by City Interactive.
The player takes control
of Captain Cole Anderson who is a private security consultant. Missions will
take place all over the world and in different environments. Players will Control
Anderson in the jungles of Burma, urban fighting in Sarajevo and the mountains
of Tibet.
In sniper ghost warrior players will have to use stealth hand
to hand combat and sniping techniques to complete the task. While sniping players
will have to take in to account wind direction, distance and drop to get that
perfect head shot. Ghost warrior 2 is built using cry engine 3 just like Crysis
3. When players get silent kills they are awarded with a brutal kill animation
and even limb dismemberment from high calibre guns and explosives. Players will
also have to work with your spotter to get the job done.
The game will also feature multiplayer modes and a 2
player co-op mode. This game sounds real good and could be the best sniper game
of the year; it has to be better though than the last sniper ghost warrior as
that was very poor.
